We are proposing a two phase development. The first phase will be new construction of 52 units of workforce housing located at the corner of Howard and Paulina.
The project will be a transit-oriented development, as it is within one block of the Howard EL station. The proposed amenities will include a fitness center and community room. Phase II is under review.
The Werner Storage building which has an orange rating in the Chicago Historic Resources Survey (CHRS). As such, our team is evaluating the feasibility by outlining different options for preservation and associated risks. We are working with the Alderwoman’s office and Preservation Chicago.
