JEFFERSON PARK

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS

The 75-unit seven story Jefferson Park affordable apartment development, proposed by Full Circle Communities for this Chicago location, is oriented to veterans and those with disabilities. Full Circle Communities plans to have at least half of its 75 units occupied by former members of the US armed forces. 45 units will be made available to households earning at or below 60 percent of Area Median Income (AMI); 15 units will go to households with incomes at 30 percent AMI; and 15 units will be provided at market rate.

“Far too many Jefferson Park residents can no longer afford to live in the community they have called home for years,” said Josh Wilmoth, President of Full Circle Communities.

“We’re eager to reassure veterans, persons with disabilities, senior citizens and those who are simply priced out of their community that they can stay.”
